How do I know when my vendor is to be delivered? eVending will notify you of your machine shipment and provide you with tracking information. Your carrier of choice will then notify you within 24 hours of delivery in order for you to plan your schedule to accept the machine.
Where is my vending machine made? Your vending machine is manufactured in the USA by one of the largest and most experienced manufacturers of direct to location vending equipment. Built in Iowa, your vending machine incorporates over three quarters of a century worth of industry know-how and is constructed of the finest of materials and component parts.
What kind of product should I put in my vending machine? Salty snacks, chocolates and carbonated beverages are the best selling products. Stock your machine with name brand chips, crackers, peanuts, chocolates, sodas, water, juices and any other convenience items that you’d normally purchase in convenience stores. Over time you’ll get a feel for what sells best in your specific location and can adjust accordingly.
Where do I get vending product? Did you know your local wholesale clubs sell a good variety of the most popular vending products. Your Sam’s Club, Costco, BJ’s and other wholesales will have products specifically sized to vend correctly in your machines. You’ll also find deals at your local grocery stores. Keep your eyes out for sales. Want products delivered to your door? Call us and we’ll provide you with foodservice distributors that carry an extensive selection of national brands at competitive prices and can deliver to your location.
How do I determine what prices to sell my products for? Determining vend prices for your products is not a complicated affair. You should be making at least 50% profit margin on vend prices. If a soda costs you 25¢, you should be selling it for at least 50¢.

How do I prevent product waste? For snack and drink vending, most of the products you'll be selling have fairly long shelf lives. However, you will still have to watch out for product spoilage, as it can wreak havoc on your bottom line. Being careful not to purchase too much product at once will help to minimize spoilage, as will familiarizing yourself with each product's individual storage requirements and shelf life. Diet soda, for example, has a quicker expiration date than regular soda.
If you have a slow-moving column of a product with a shorter shelf life you can fill that column halfway with the slow product and then fill the rest in behind it with a good seller that has a longer shelf life. This will both minimize your product spoilage and prevent your column from emptying out between service trips.
How often do I need to fill my vending machine? Start by visiting it once a week. This will give you a feel for the volume of purchases being made. Then you can adjust your schedule to fill and collect money as often as needed.
